If you are not satisfied with the quality of the item you have purchased from us, please contact us before using the item.
We will Replace or Refund any product where a major manufacturing fault has been identified and before the item has been used.
If you are unsure about correct sizing please contact us for clarification or refer to the sizing charts, before using the product.
Once you have possession of the item we can no longer be responsible for how you use the product, nor do we have control over how your horse may choose to find ways to remove or damage the rug.
Please remember it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are satisfied with the item before using them. Please ensure you check your products carefully before using them on your horse.
Free Rein can accept no Liability for the loss, damage, injury or death or loss to any person or animal which results from the use, misuse, incorrect fitting or failure of any of Free Rein’s products.
I bought the wrong size can I exchange it?
Yes, we will exchange an item for you within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in original packaging. All postage costs to and from Free Rein will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Your item will be returned to you on payment of the return postage costs. We have supplied photos and sizing charts to assist you in your purchase and to reduce the likelihood of you obtaining the wrong item. Please contact us at any time if you are unsure and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Non Returnable Items:
Free Rein retains the right to refuse any exchange or refund. Please be careful in your purchase and again, contact us if you are unsure.
We recommend placing a clean under rug or sheet over your horse before placing the new rug on the animal.
All goods must be returned to us in:
- Original condition & original packaging along with all tags etc
- Goods must be 100% Clean and Hair free
- Please notify us within 7 days of your purchase of the need to return or exchange
- Please return the item within 14 days
Free Rein retains the right to refuse any exchange or refund.
All freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you do need to return anything to us, we suggest you register your returning parcel as Free Rein Equestrian will not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit. We will not accept any goods returned by C.O.D. delivery.
